Government of India as per letter no.23(7)/2011-PDII dated 11th October, 2011 has directed to establish two–tier governance structure at state level for end-to-end computerization of PDS in the state, under the operational guidelines of National e-Governance Plan. Accordingly Government vide

G.O.(MS)No.381/11/F&CSD dated 14/11/2011 have constituted an 8 member State Apex Committee

Chaired by the Chief Secretary and the Commissioner, Civil Supplies was appointed as the nodal officer for monitoring the computerization of Public Distribution System in Kerala. Following are the members of the State Apex Committee.
